At Innovative Rehab, we value multidisciplinary input and an inter-professional approach. Our interests include general rehab, pain management, obesity, mental health, falls prevention, oncology and cardiac rehab. We specialise in the management of complex and/or chronic health conditions and work across a range of diverse health settings.
